How do I pay for my order?

There are two methods of paying for your order.

  1. You can pay for your order upon checkout during the Click & Collect online ordering process.
  2. You can pay for your goods with cash or credit card when you come to collect them.  When you arrive at the Click & Collect site you will be able to pay for your goods with cash or we will accept your credit card.

Where is the Click & Collect facility?

The Click & Collect facility is located on the N2, just off the M50. Please click here for exact location

Do I have to place my order before a specific cut off time?

You can place your order through the Click & Collect website at any time 24/7.  Before you start your order your will be prompted to select a pick up date and a pick up time. You will only be able to select pick up times that are available on site. Our opening hours are as follows:

Monday                9am – 5pm
Tuesday               9am – 5pm
Wednesday          9am – 5pm
Thursday              9am – 5pm
Friday                   9am – 5pm
Saturday               9am  – 5pm
Sunday                 Closed

Can I change my order if I want to add or remove products?

Unfortunately it is not possible to amend an order once it has been confirmed.  However, if you would like to place a new order it is possible to do so at a later time if there is an available time slot.

Can my order be delivered to my address?

No, orders can only be collect at the Click & Collect facility.

Do I need proof of identification when picking up my delivery?

You will need your email or SMS order confirmation number to confirm your order upon arrival at the Click & Collect site.

What happens if I don’t pick up my order at the proposed time?

There will be a restocking fee of €25 charged against the credit card provided during the order process.

Is there a minimum amount that I need to spend with the Click & Collect website?

No, there is no minimum amount that you must spend to avail of the Click & Collect service.

I’m already a Pallas Foods customer do I need to use my customer account number?

No, when you register with Pallas Foods Click & Collect you will have a separate account to your normal Pallas Foods account.

Can I get the prices for these products through telesales or my rep as per normal?

No, the prices available on the Click & Collect site are only available to Click & Collect customers.

Do I have to be within a certain distance of the site to avail of this service?

You can order from anywhere in the country but you must be available to collect the goods at your specified time.

How will I know my order is ready?

You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order.  Nearer the time when your order is ready you will receive an SMS confirmation notifying you of when your order will be ready for collection.

Will I still be able to contact my Area Sales Manager at Pallas Foods if I order through Click & Collect?

Yes you can still contact your Area Sales Manager and order through telesales as normal.

Will I know if a product is out of stock?

Yes.  When you go through the ordering process you will be advised of unavailable products by a traffic light system;

Green – good stock
Yellow – low stock
Red – out of stock

What do I do if I have lost my username and password?

To reset your password please select the “Forgot Password” option in the login/register section of the website. An email will be sent to the address supplied when you originally ordered.

I placed an order but I didn’t receive an order confirmation email, how do I check my order?

First check your basket to ensure that you have completed the checkout process.  If this doesn’t help, select ‘account’ on the top right hand of screen and then select ‘previous orders’.  You will see a list of all orders placed with your most recent order at the top.

Do you accept coin bags as a cash payment?

Unfortunately we cannot accept coin bags as a form of payment

How do I add an item to my favourites list?

  • Sign in as usual onto your Click and Collect Account
  • Search for the Product you wish to keep in your Favourites List by typing in the code or product description in the Search Area
  • When the product image appears there is a heart on the left hand side of the image
  • Click on the heart
  • A prompt box Add to Favourites will appear on the screen
  • In this box there is a heading Favourites List
  • Click on the box beside Favourites List
  • The product is now stored in your Favourites
  • Exit Out 

Your product is now stored and can be viewed any time you sign in by selecting the Account prompt beside the Select Pick up Details on your  Screen.  Favourites is in the Account List.


How do I know if a product is frozen or not?

All products with a Z at the end of the code are Frozen Products
